AARP Livable Communities conducts a yearly grant program called the Community Challenge grants. These are quick action, small grants that can make a big impact in communities across the United States. As part of this project, Wonderhouse Films worked with the Livable Communities team to develop a film about Philly Community Wireless and how they utilize their grant to provide free wireless internet services across the Fairhill neighborhood in Northern Philadelphia.
